So how do you find classrooms to communicate with in other countries?
Hadn’t thought of that when I wrote the Quick Start Tips For New Skype Users post but fortunately Mike and David Ashby did.
So how can we make it easier for people to connect? Well been thinking that I could set up another page on The Edublogger like the Check out These Class Blogs page but for educators wanting to connect with other classrooms via Skype.
So I was wondering if you could help me? Are you interested in connecting with other classrooms?
Can you please share with us (by leaving a comment on this post):

I am a 7th grade teacher in Northeastern, Pennsylvania and am interested in collaboration on a variety of classroom activities. It would be great for my students to et to know students from other areas, as most of them have never left this area before. We are working on some creative writing stories as well as research essays. My students would love to use Skype to share there work. If you are interested, please let me know…
Thank you,

We are 27, Primary 6 (9-10 year old) pupils in the Highlands of Scotland. We are studying about The Highland Clearances and would like to make contact with a class of a similar age–in Canada, the US, Australia or New Zealand, who might be studying about their immigrant ancesters. We can tell you about what happened over here. (Our local area had some cruel evictions.) We are new to blogging, but very keen to learn. Here is our blog site.
