Please Share Your Contact Details If You’re Interested In Connecting With Other Classrooms

Image of MicSo how do you find classrooms to communicate with in other countries?

Hadn’t thought of that when I wrote the Quick Start Tips For New Skype Users post but fortunately Mike and David Ashby did.

So how can we make it easier for people to connect? Well been thinking that I could set up another page on The Edublogger like the Check out These Class Blogs page but for educators wanting to connect with other classrooms via Skype.

So I was wondering if you could help me? Are you interested in connecting with other classrooms?

Can you please share with us (by leaving a comment on this post):

We are interested in talking to other schools who we could interview to become part of our radio program and online debating ( something we are trialling).

    1. @Alisha Cunningham,
      Hi Alisha,

My class will be studying a unit on Australia in April. I saw your class blog and our technology coordinator just created one for my class. I am very excited to try it. I like yours and all the comments your students write. I am interested in Skyping with your class, perhaps about Australia and the United States, learn about each other’s culture, or perhaps to discuss a book and blog about it. Please let me know if you are interested in getting in touch with us! I have 16 8-9 year olds (47 total for the entire class).

      Sincerely,
      Lori W.
