Image of MicSo how do you find classrooms to communicate with in other countries?

Hadn’t thought of that when I wrote the Quick Start Tips For New Skype Users post but fortunately Mike and David Ashby did.

So how can we make it easier for people to connect? Well been thinking that I could set up another page on The Edublogger like the Check out These Class Blogs page but for educators wanting to connect with other classrooms via Skype.

So I was wondering if you could help me? Are you interested in connecting with other classrooms?

I work as an aquaculture lecturer at the WA Maritime Training Centre, Challenger TAFE in Western Australia. I have been working with a range of mobile technologies with students since late 2005.   27. Just to say that I’ve been having trouble with SKPE in Highland region as it has been blocked by a filter. I had just received training in GLOW–a Scottish intranet for education, which will allow me to start a group discussion and invite other classes into it. I’ve got to get accustomed to this, use it for a while….I don’t know when I’ll start using it with my class…as soon as possible.
